A Microsoft Windows program, this application provides rowing clubs and programs
with the ability to manage their membership and programs, communicate with
members and other rowing clubs, inventory and schedule resources, manage
regatta entries, and host their own regattas.

Key Features
1. Communication and Information
- Works with MAPI-compliant e-mail programs like Outlook and Outlook Express to communicate via e-mail with individual rowers, crews,
lists of rowers, or the entire membership.
- Maintains database of your club's rowers as well as rowers from other clubs.
- Keeps a database of clubs, schools and other rowing organizations, with
unlimited contacts.
- Extensive drill-down capability gets you to the information you need.
- Import/Export club and rower directories, so Regatta Master users can share
information within the club or with other rowing organizations.
2. Regatta Entries
- Calculates boat average age by 3 rounding methods - up, down or nearest,
based on either regatta date or regatta year.
- Creates complete regatta entry - just print, enclose the waivers, and mail,
fax or email. If
paying by credit card, this information prints on the entry. If the
regatta host is using Regatta Master, just export the entry and email to the
regatta.
- Posts regatta entry fees automatically to rowers accounts, and allows statements to be
e-mailed directly to each member.
- Complete event scheduling for coxswains, boats, and crews with the click
of a mouse.
- Extensive drill-down capability to quickly spot scheduling problems with
rowers, coxswains, or boats.
3. Regatta Management
- Handles unlimited levels of heats, automatically advancing qualifiers to
next level.
- Allows internal timekeeping or manual time entry to 1/100 of a second.
- Calculates adjusted and raw times, splits, delta, percentile ranking, and finish order, including handicaps
and penalties, to 1/100 of a second.
- Integrates with Concept II e-Row system for running ergometer races.
- Integrates with FinishLynx photofinish timing system.
- Accommodates head-style or sprint-style regattas.
- Tracks entry fees, late fees, scratch fees, other.
- Complete payment history, with ability to export payment journals.
- Prints worksheets for manual time-keeping, and results by event or regatta.
- Multi-user for concurrent event timing and registration.
- Includes USRA masters and straight-line handicap system, which can be
copied and modified to create other handicap systems. Weighted by event.
- Imports RegattaCentral, Rowing
New Zealand and OARA (UK) registration system data for online regatta registration, or entries from other Regatta Master
users. Takes the hassle out of the registration process.
- Automatic initial lane draws and heat creation, plus manual seeding
options.
- FISA-compatible progression system, or create your own.
- Quickly schedule events, modify centers, combine or separate events, redraw
lanes, etc.
- Imports and exports regatta structure, schedules, and lane draws to other Regatta
Master organizations, so everyone is kept up-to-date with little or no data
entry.
- Meeting tracking for organizers, with minutes, followup reports.
- Volunteer management feature to define, schedule, assign and manage volunteer positions.
4. Club Management
- Detailed information database on rowers.
- Mailing label engine mines your database of rowers, clubs, club contacts,
parents, and volunteers. Print or export data in flexible format.
- Session-based activity management for tracking dues, classes, rack rental, special
events and more. Run clinics, classes, special and recurring events,
schedule training, track ergometer test history and more.
